Library Services

Bullet Information about our lab:
The library computer lab is for student and public use where patrons can access the Internet, send and receive email, use class specific software, and utilize the Microsoft Office Suite.  The labs are designed to assist you in completing homework assignments and other tasks related to furthering your educational goals.

The Library's lab has 125 PCs which have been configured so that a patron may use them in conjunction with other systems on campus.  With this in mind, our workstations have been outfitted with applications that are also in the other campus labs.  These systems are networked to 22 laser printers (two of which print in color) to allow many users to print at the same time.

In addition to our standard computer workstations, we also have two workstations set up with special hardware and software for scanning.  This allows you to create graphics for your class assignments and add flash and style to your presentations.  It is also perfect for making images for use on a personal WebPage.

For patrons with special needs we have workstation with a 21" monitor and a trackball mouse.  If there are any other needs please see our Systems Support staff for help.
