Student Teaching and Internships: A Resource Guide

• Florida Electronic Library  a collection of databases for Florida residents and students funded by the State of Florida
• FLA PASS Program  (Florida Library Access Pass for Accelerated Secondary Students) "The FLA-PASS program provides Florida's public high school students in accelerated educational tracks access to a subset of online resources used within Florida’s State University and College systems."  In order for students to have  access to FLA-PASS resources the  high school's administration must register students so they can be provided a username and password.

• PALMM Menu - Publication of Archival, Library & Museum Materials  Find primary sources and more on Florida history. A particularly good resource for photographs, maps, and visual materials.
   
• Florida Virtual Online Catalog is a database of K-12 online courses of the Florida Virtual School, school districts and approved providers offered to Florida students. 

Google Scholar is a free resource that helps users locate books, articles, conference papers and more.  Users may set preferences to their nearest library.  While it does not index all the databases that the library subscribes to and does not contain all the limitation features of our databases, it is a good place to start.
