The Florida Library Access - Pass for Accelerated Secondary Students program (FLA-PASS) provides Florida's public high school students in accelerated educational tracks access to a subset of online resources used within the state of Florida's university and college systems.
The Florida Electronic Library (FEL) provides access to nearly 200 million articles, ebooks, and other digital resources to the citizens of Florida.
The local public libraries have millions of items available for patrons to use or check out. Librarians provide research help, and the libraries also provide access to online research databases.
The purpose of this guide is to help high school and other community groups who are looking for freely available high quality research materials, such as peer-reviewed journal articles and scholarly books.
