I lead and manage the library's administrative, personnel, business, and planning operations. I have a strong team with in depth knowledge and a strong customer focus. I provide solutions to operational challenges and ensure the library's budget aligns with fiscal allocations and strategic goals. My work includes financial analysis reporting, overseeing the hiring and onboarding of library personnel, and collaborating with the HR, Budget, and Purchasing offices. I work with my team to ensure we are focused on continuous improvement.

I manage and reconcile account balances, maintain spreadsheets, prepare budget transfers, and request purchase orders. I work closely with departments like Procurement & Payment Services and University Advancement, as well as collaborate with vendors and library colleagues. I also research and respond to any budget-related questions to ensure smooth financial operations.

I assist the Dean by managing calendars, handling travel arrangements, and coordinating events and meetings. I support interview panels and search committees for the library's vacant positions, and I collaborate with HR on hiring and onboarding library student employees. Additionally, I manage library donor funding, communications, and record-keeping, maintaining a CRM of current and potential donors. I also oversee library facilities, including maintenance and safety.
