Google Scholar

Search for Articles & Discover Full Text from FGCU

Google Scholar is different from plain Google, in that it doesn’t just show websites, but will search for scholarly materials available online - including those owned or subscribed to by the FGCU LIbrary. Most students use it to search for articles, but it also searches for “... theses, books, abstracts and court opinions, from academic publishers, professional societies, online repositories, universities and other web sites” (“About Google Scholar,” 2017).

You can easily configure Google Scholar to show you what items are available in the FGCU Library databases. Once configued, those items will appear with links to the right that say “Full Text @ FGCU Library.” The links will take you to the full text.
