Textbooks

Search the library's course reserve & textbook collection to find out if your textbook is available.

The library has over 1,800 current textbooks on reserve. You can search by instructor, course title or number, or by the book’s author, title, and more.

We do not offer every textbook that is assigned for a semester, but we give high priority to adding those that are high cost, high use, and for high enrollment undergraduate courses.

2021-22 Service Usage & Cost savings

Print:

  • We have 1,522 textbooks in our print lending collection.
  • Since we started in 2018, we have lent 16,388 print texts.
  • Each text cost an average of $131.77,
  • Students saved $226,913.91 with print checkouts since 7/13/2021.

E-Book:

  • Students logged 26,234 uses of e-book texts in 2021-2022.
  • Since we started in 2018, students logged 105,315 uses of e-book texts.
  • If each student in each class utilized texts once or more per academic year, this would save $1,168,386.21.
