The Composition I and II research guide is intended to serve as a starting point for users new to college level research. It should be of particular interest to the students and faculty who are taking or teaching Composition courses.
This guide provides students and faculty access to FGCU resources such as books and ebooks, databases for peer-reviewed articles, and streaming videos; websites to help in finding research topics; and instructions for accessing materials.
By using this guide, students and faculty will learn how to identify and locate books, e-books, peer-reviewed articles, and streaming videos for research purposes. They will also be able to describe the steps in the research process and distinguish and cite quality research for their research needs.
